Shipping

We can now ship to most foreign countries for about $125! Via "United States Postal Service Priority Mail International" and takes approximately 6-10 days.

Recordings

If you would like for your recordings to be sent Special Fourth Class enclose $2.50 FOR THE FIRST ITEM AND $.50 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM.

If you prefer to have your recordings sent First Class send $3.50 FOR THE FIRST ITEM AND $.50 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM.

Small Accessories

(Books, videos, tuners) $4.00 for the first one and $.50 for others. 

Large Accessories

Shipping prices are defined in the descriptions of these items.

If an order is over 1 pound, we will ship by UPS which cannot ship to PO Boxes so please use a street address on larger orders and large items.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Overseas varies.

Sales Tax
Oklahoma residents add 4.75% (.0475) sales tax.

You may pay by personal check, credit card (Master Card, Visa, and Discover) or money order. We are happy to take your order by phone or email with credit card payment or send it COD (additional charge) .

Return Policy

We can not give refunds or exchanges on recordings but will gladly replace a damaged recording with the same title.

Our dulcimer accessories (stands, tuners, cases, etc.) are chosen from the best products available to us. We are certain you will be pleased with any of these, but if you aren’t, you may return them, undamaged, for a full refund less shipping and restocking (15%) charges.

Master Works instruments are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase against faulty material and workmanship to the original owner. (Please mail warranty card to Wood ‘N Strings upon purchase.) You are allowed 10 days from the day you receive your instrument to fully evaluate your purchase. You may return the instrument within that time for an exchange less shipping charges or return it for a refund minus shipping charges and $45 restocking fee.

  Orders are normally shipped the next day. If an item is temporarily backordered, we will ship the rest of the order immediately and the backordered item ASAP.
